Use your teaspoon to peel the ginger rather than a knife!
Ginger may not be the most pretty vegetable in your kitchen but as well as having so many health benefits it goes so well with both savory and sweet dishes. It can often be tricky to peel with all its lumps and bumps so rather than using a knife or vegetable peeler use a teaspoon! Scrape it against the skin and it’ll come clean off, following every contour and minimize waste.
